For large items like sofas and dining sets, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Smaller decor items usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly services?
Yes, we offer a White-Glove Delivery service for an additional fee. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Are the wood finishes and fabric colors accurate on your website?
We strive for high color accuracy, but variations can occur due to screen settings and natural wood grain. We recommend ordering fabric swatches if you are trying to match a specific color palette.
Do you provide a warranty on your furniture?
All Impressions Furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
